[Acts 8:40] - Philip, however, appeared at Azotus and traveled about, preaching the gospel in all the towns until he reached Caesarea.[Acts 9:30] - When the brothers learned of this, they took him down to Caesarea and sent him off to Tarsus.[Acts 10:1] - At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment.[Acts 10:24] - The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the brothers from Joppa went along. The following day he arrived in Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends.[Acts 10:32] - Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. He is a guest in the home of Simon the tanner, who lives by the sea.'[Acts 11:11] - "Right then three men who had been sent to me from Caesarea stopped at the house where I was staying.[Acts 11:13] - He told us how he had seen an angel appear in his house and say, 'Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter.[Acts 12:19] - After Herod had a thorough search made for him and did not find him, he cross-examined the guards and ordered that they be executed.[Acts 18:22] - When he landed at Caesarea, he went up and greeted the church and then went down to Antioch.[Acts 21:8] - Leaving the next day, we reached Caesarea and stayed at the house of Philip the evangelist, one of the Seven.[Acts 21:10] - After we had been there a number of days, a prophet named Agabus came down from Judea.[Acts 21:11] - Coming over to us, he took Paul's belt, tied his own hands and feet with it and said, "The Holy Spirit says, 'In this way the Jews of Jerusalem will bind the owner of this belt and will hand him over to the Gentiles.'"[Acts 21:12] - When we heard this, we and the people there pleaded with Paul not to go up to Jerusalem.[Acts 21:13] - Then Paul answered, "Why are you weeping and breaking my heart? I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."[Acts 21:15] - After this, we got ready and went up to Jerusalem.[Acts 21:16] - Some of the disciples from Caesarea accompanied us and brought us to the home of Mnason, where we were to stay. He was a man from Cyprus and one of the early disciples.[Acts 23:23] - Then he called two of his centurions and ordered them, "Get ready a detachment of two hundred soldiers, seventy horsemen and two hundred spearmen to go to Caesarea at nine tonight.[Acts 25:1] - Three days after arriving in the province, Festus went up from Caesarea to Jerusalem,[Acts 25:4] - Festus answered, "Paul is being held at Caesarea, and I myself am going there soon.[Acts 25:6] - After spending eight or ten days with them, he went down to Caesarea, and the next day he convened the court and ordered that Paul be brought before him.[Acts 25:13] - A few days later King Agrippa and Bernice arrived at Caesarea to pay their respects to Festus.[Acts 25:15] - When I went to Jerusalem, the chief priests and elders of the Jews brought charges against him and asked that he be condemned.[Acts 25:20] - I was at a loss how to investigate such matters; so I asked if he would be willing to go to Jerusalem and stand trial there on these charges.[Acts 25:24] - Festus said: "King Agrippa, and all who are present with us, you see this man! The whole Jewish community has petitioned me about him in Jerusalem and here in Caesarea, shouting that he ought not to live any longer.[Acts 26:4] - "The Jews all know the way I have lived ever since I was a child, from the beginning of my life in my own country, and also in Jerusalem.[Acts 26:9] - "I too was convinced that I ought to do all that was possible to oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth.[Acts 26:10] - And that is just what I did in Jerusalem. On the authority of the chief priests I put many of the saints in prison, and when they were put to death, I cast my vote against them.[Acts 26:20] - First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and to the Gentiles also, I preached that they should repent and turn to God and prove their repentance by their deeds.
